I agree that Wilson should be kept, and made Captain. He has already stated he wants to be the best catcher that has ever played. He went a little bit over the top comparing himself to Molina. However he doesn't cause fights, has fewer passed balls. And is beginning his career, not on the way out. He is also like having Ross on the field.
